Hi Breathe and Flo! My mat arrived just in time for Telluride Yoga Festival!! 🧘♀️ I love how how I feel on this mat. I have been working on a Indian rug for the last 2 years, but my B&F mat hugs me like a PRO! I love its extra cush, yet, feel so grounded for strong poses. I’m very satisfied with my new yoga mat! I have a lot of grip on the surface, but it doesn't feel too sticky. The soft surface is pleasant to touch. The mat absorbs your sweat, so you won't end up with puddles. I’m 6 feet (1,85m) tall, and the mat is long and wide enough for my practice. It's slightly smaller than my old one, but maybe I'll be able to pack my BNF mat in a suitcase for travel. An unexpected and very nice addition is that the mat comes with a carrying strap. Other reviews described the mat as lightweight. I was surprised by how heavy it was; it was heavier than I expected. However, when you roll out the mat, it stays flat on the floor — no slipping or rolling up. I also appreciate the cleaning tips: just water and one drop of dish soap. No expensive cleaning products are needed. Like in their yoga classes, Bre & Flo think things through well. I chose the design with the little hummingbird. The minimalist lines on the mat provide orientation for alignment during practice. If you need a new mat, this one is for you!
Where to even begin? I seriously love everything about this mat. I’ve tried a lot over the years and I honestly feel that this is the best one yet. Looks great ✅ is large but somehow also light weight ✅ not too cushy, not too thin ✅ and GRIPPY! ✅ the bottom is grippy too, which is a really nice detail because I was tired of my old mat moving around. I found myself always readjusting it mid-practice. Anyway, highly recommend. Have fun practicing! 🙏🏻
